Day
2008
The Club held its second Fun Day at the
Lumville Hotel, The Curragh, Kildare. Over 100 attended with a
record number of young puppies all enjoying the early summer weather.
In addition to a Match and Handling classes, there were demonstrations on
ringcraft, trimming and obedience basics. The fancy dress was a
particular success with some imaginative entries ranging from a dog
bedecked as a North American Indian and another as 'David Beckham'.
There was also a presentation and demonstration given by the Irish Dogs
for the Disabled.
